These are the friendliest, most honest people I know. They tell you everything that your car needs but they don't push anything on you. I asked, "what do I have to do today" and that's what they did. They gave me a printout of what they found and the estimates (without charging me for it). I used to go to the dealerships but now I'll never go back to one. Rick's people handle everything very professionally and quick.

I recently had my van towed to Rick's Auto Clinic in Pleasant Hill. ( A Friend Referred them that had been to their Raytown location) I thought my transmission was out & was expecting the worst. I was overwhelmed with joy when Anthony called me & told me it could be fixed for under $200.00. Very pleasent to deal with. Honest, & great staff!!! A+ to Rick's!! Another NEW Loyal customer!!!
